Manufacturing PCBs That Focus On your Individual Requirements
All of the circuit boards manufactured by Momentum Circuits are supplied to IPC Class 2 or 3 standards, but more importantly, Momentum can apply tighter tolerance controls than standard for special application requirements where a +/- zero tolerance is required (depending on technology and material) to ensure that all products delivered offer continuity of physical dimensions and electronics performance.
The IPC specifications for PCB manufacture can at times be disconcertingly broad for a 'standard PCB' and therefore we encourage our customers to highlight any critical aspects of dimension and specification so that we can focus on your individual requirements and optimise the product we manufacture.
Every first batch delivered will undergo secondary inspection at the Momentum Circuits office.
What our customers say...
"As a customer, we shouldn't have to secondary inspect boards at all if we have paid for them to be tested and inspected; they should be perfect. Sadly in the past, this has been no guarantee of compliance and this is a cause of huge frustration with our team when testing a finished gas analysis unit and finding anomalies. The detail within the QA inspection forms for the 3x board types we purchase from Momentum would indicate that this is now a task we no longer have to carry out ourselves and we have a zero defect rate over the last 5-months of repeat deliveries. Long may this continue."
